Enchanted Forest is a photobook about growing up — a passage through a place where the familiar slowly becomes strange.
The forest begins as a place of play and imagination, but gradually reveals another nature. Paths disappear. Names lose their certainty. What once felt permanent becomes fluid. The desire to belong exists alongside the fear of losing oneself.
Moving through the forest becomes a way of moving through adolescence — through solitude, uncertainty, fear, and the quiet realization that there may be no path back.
Nothing changes all at once.
First, small things.
No one notices when they stop being what they were.
The forest does not end.
It simply ceases to be foreign.
